Occupied staging is a fancy way to say staging a home you currently live in. We will help you get your home in mint condition so it is appealing to the targeted buyer. Usually, we will use what is already in the home when doing occupied staging, but we have an array of decor and furnishings we can use if needed.
You will start this process with a consultation. A member of the team will walk through the home, take notes, and give a few suggestions on what could be done. By the end of the day you will receive an e-mail that will include a room by room checklist of all the things we recommend doing before listing and possible resources. You can choose to tackle this list on your own or hire us to help you with it. Consultations begin at $150 but please contact us for an exact price for your home.
We've all seen the HGTV shows where a house is transformed into a home at the end of a show when it is staged. This helps buyers visualize living in the space and how the rooms function.
If you have a vacant home to be staged, we will begin with a walk-through. During this walk-through we will measure out the space and make selections that we believe will showcase the home best. By the end of the day we will send over a bid. Should you accept this bid, the staging fee is $500 plus any furniture rental. We have our own inventory and are proud to be a small, local business. Because of this, we have full control of the staging process and rent our furnishings by the week rather than by the month.
If you like the look of a staged home but want it to be a bit more personalized then home styling services are for you! We will use what you already have in the home and make suggestions on how you could update the space on a budget. This could include ideas such as re-arranging furniture, decor and paint color changes.
